01:23i hit him going by like 65 miles an hour in the g6 his van flipped right over on it went up on the
01:29curb and flipped on its side oh my god he's begging me to break the windshield

01:39almost just tears with 9-1-1 oh my god he wants me to break the windshield open i don't know what to do

02:02the expressway start coughing start choking i go black everything's dark next thing i know open up
02:08my eyes my i'm at a dead stop there's a van to the the side in front of me flipped over on its side
02:15i can tell somebody hit it and i realized holy hell i just knocked that van over i gotta get out i gotta
02:23help pull these people out of this van get out of the car and that's when i realized it was not a
02:28normal van oh that's such a bad thing crazy control it's the worst day it's the worst day for
02:36everybody i mean the poor claripedic paraplegic man is on his side he really is on his side
02:41was he like was is it was it on the driver's side down or was it passenger side down driver's side
02:49down driver so he was close to the ground yeah yeah help me so he wanted you to climb in through
02:54the passenger window and help him no he wanted me to kick the windshield in and pull him out
02:58yeah of the windshield yes yes yeah i'm not qualified for that kind of a risk no and nor
03:03should you did they come with the jaws of life and get him out of that van like a tuna can and then
03:09they could just completely ripped all of his equipment out i'm like you could have saved that
03:12that's like a couple thousand dollar piece of equipment yeah you just see him ripping parts of
03:16his electronic wheelchair being thrown up in the air i'm like oh boy no no no i made a huge mistake
03:23so you stayed you stayed through the whole thing yeah once they got him out and they put him in
03:28the ambulance that's when like that's when the police let me go so i was pretty much i don't know
03:32why they had to keep me there but they kept me there until they got the guy out of the van
03:36in the ambulance on the way to the hospital and then that's when the cop issued me my ticket and
03:40said i'm free to go oh wow and that's when i had to call my mom and dad to come pick me up
03:45oh that is wow and it was a cough it wasn't sneezing right it was coughing coughing it was
03:51coughing yeah it's asthma related yeah so were you a nervous driver for a while oh for a few
03:58weeks after because i went to the doctors and they couldn't figure out why i was blacking out
04:02when i would go into these coughing fits so there was still a couple times when i was behind the wheel
04:07of a car and i'd cough a couple times and all of a sudden things would start to go black again oh my god
04:12and then i have to like like calm myself take my foot off the gas like try to oh yeah
04:17paraplegic warning siren in my car yeah it was rough for a while but i'm back to normal now no
04:27more blackouts oh that's good paraplegics in the area are very relieved yeah well i hope that man's
04:33doing okay now me too yeah i'm sure he's this one i feel like my insurance company's probably
04:41taking care of him yeah probably he lived everything he lived a fine life for his last
04:47few years oh come on probably still with us little does he know that was james
04:51from yeah that story yeah this is so crazy i know it is it is one of the craziest tales i can't
05:00imagine that happening to me rear-ending a paraplegic and tipping his van on his side
05:04i can't imagine that day in my life plus the fact that i'm driving a g6 this is like a girl's dream
05:10car a 16 year old girl's dream car it's a giant conversion van and the van falls over i rear-ended
05:17it you know like just the physics behind it would blow stephen hawkins mind
05:21oh well it's not funny but i'm laughing my ass off on the way i know i feel the same it's a guilty
05:29because he's okay the guy was okay yeah well yeah it was it was an accident and just what a crazy

05:42accident though james didn't do anything to him yeah things are any worse he didn't make him extra

05:55someone made a point imagine if james didn't know he was a paraplegic before this and he got pulled
05:59out and was like i can't feel my legs james thought it was his fault oh man would have been a dark dark
06:05day for james yeah it would i don't think you'd be here it was pretty dark it was probably pretty
