00:00Air fryer or convection oven?
00:02Which makes food the crispiest?
00:04We put both to the test using chicken tenders, potatoes, and broccoli.
00:08The convection oven potatoes were beautifully cooked, super soft on the inside.
00:13These are the air fryer potatoes.
00:15They're still not that crispy, but there's a definite crunch when you kind of like get
00:20into them.
00:21They're super tender on the inside.
00:24For potatoes, the winner is the air fryer.
00:27The convection oven broccoli got a lot of color on it.
00:30It looks burnt.
00:31It doesn't taste burnt though, and the florets have a lot of crisp, crunchy, crackliness to
00:37them.
00:38Okay.
00:39Crispy.
00:40Unlike the convection oven roasted broccoli, the crispiness is 360 because the air from the
00:46air fryer was coming at it from all directions, and you can really taste it with the broccoli.
00:51The winner is the air fryer broccoli.
00:54This is the convection oven chicken.
00:57Really crispy.
00:58I will definitely give it that.
01:00It's a little dry though.
01:02If your objective is crispy, it's definitely there.
01:05If you're looking for a crispy as in like a fried sense, it's not quite hitting that.
01:10This is the air fryer chicken tenders.
01:12They're super crispy actually, and they're still really juicy on the inside.
01:17The air fryer chicken tenders is the winner.
01:20The air fryer might be the way to go.
