Progress Singapore Party (PSP) chairman Tan Cheng Bock announced on Thursday morning (April 17) that the party will field Jeffrey Khoo as its candidate for Marymount SMC and Tony Tan for Kebun Baru SMC.

00:16Good morning everyone. Thank you for being here. My name is Jeffrey Koo.
00:19I ran in the West Coast the last time as Doc has mentioned.
00:22And the party has asked me to come here to serve as the candidate for Marymount.
00:28We are from Progress Singapore Party. We hope you give us a chance.
00:32I'll be knocking on the doors, meeting you, shaking your hands in the next few days.
00:36I hope that you can ask me as many questions as you want.
00:39And at the end of the day, give us the opportunity to serve you.

00:46Good morning everybody. I'm Tony Tan Le-Tiam. I'm running as the PSP candidate for Government Baru.
00:52Why I participate in this general election is basically I hope that we could build a better Singapore
00:59with a lot of challenges now facing us. And we should strive not to leave anyone behind.
01:07And on the national policy side, I feel that the government can do more in terms of providing
01:15social support and education to better realise the potential of every individual Singaporean
01:22so that they can maximise their contribution to our community.
