00:50Together, we have achieved an impressive work that has led to an historic step forward for global health, health security, equity, and international solidarity.

01:11Maybe not everything is perfect, but it's a huge step forward.

01:16Tonight marks a significant milestone in our shared journey toward a safer world.

01:25We celebrate the successful conclusion of negotiations on a draft pandemic agreement, completed in just three and a half years.

01:35This achievement is not just a diplomatic success.

01:39I think some of you have already said that it reflects your resilience, unity, and unwavering commitment to the health and well-being of people everywhere.

01:52By reaching this milestone together, you have made history and shown how powerful collaboration can be.

02:01This consensus is essential as it sets the stage for effective implementation and demonstrates that multilateralism is alive and well.
