00:00Well the fact that inflation has now come down for two months in a row and wages are rising faster
00:04than prices and of course we've had positive news about economic growth and these are encouraging
00:09signs that our plan for change is working but we know there's more to do. We know that many families
00:14are still struggling with the cost of living and we know that there's anxiety about the changes
00:18around the world and that's why as a government we're increasing the minimum wage for three
00:23million people, we're freezing fuel duty and we're delivering breakfast clubs at schools,
00:27primary schools across England. Well some of the decisions that we took at the autumn budget last
00:31October were really important decisions, they were the right decisions to take to stabilise the economy
00:36and to help make sure we can put public services back on their feet and it's actually as a result
00:41of some of the decisions we took last October that you've now seen NHS waiting lists fall by 219,000
00:48people since the general election. So we're starting to see our plan for change delivering but we know
00:53we need to go further and faster and I think in a world where things are changing, where things are
00:57uncertain, our job is to provide stability and security for working people and that's why we
01:02need to strengthen the UK economy, put more money in people's pockets and also strength from those
01:07alliances so that we can trade with other countries around the world.
