Hoy lo celebramos con una visita a @nievedeolla una heladería mexicana que va más allá del antojo.

Esta temporada están celebrando a Oaxaca con dos sabores especiales hechos con ingredientes de allá. 🍫

Además, probamos su nuevo sabor de primavera: jacaranda.

Flores, ingredientes 100% mexicanos y helado… ¿qué más se puede pedir? 🌸

00:00Hello, my name is Paulina Marroquín and today we are in Nieve de Hoya.
00:07In the summer, here in Nieve de Hoya, we are celebrating Oaxaca.
00:11We work together with two incredible chefs of Oaxaca,
00:15Olga Cabrera and Alex Ruiz.
00:18Each one chose one of these flavors.
00:20For example, the rosy of cacao is a flower that doesn't come from cacao,
00:24but it is delicious, it tastes a little to vanilla and to nueces.
00:28And with the Pataxle, we also did a creation,
00:32which has a sweet maíz tostado in the top.
00:36Each one has its elements that I really invite you to try and get to know.
00:42Another of the incredible flavors of which I want to talk about is Jacaranda.
00:46This one was in collaboration with Alcachofa, with Sofía.
00:50It is an incredible mix of lavender, blue, blue, caramelized, and blondie.
00:58We hope to visit you in the Sucursal de la Condesa,
01:02which is beautiful and is where you will see all this decoration.
01:04But you can also go to Prado Norte or La Roma.
