PAP will be fielding an unchanged lineup for Holland-Bukit Timah GRC. The team consists of Foreign Affairs Minister Vivian Balakrishnan, Senior Minister of State for National Development and Foreign Affairs Sim Ann, Christopher De Souza and Edward Chia. MP Liang Eng Hwa will continue to contest for Bukit Panjang SMC.

00:39I'm very pleased to announce to confirm that Mr Liang Yinghua will be the PAP candidate for Bukit Panjang SMC.
00:48Mr Liang has been an MP since 2006 when he was a member of our GRC.
00:55In 2020 he moved over to Bukit Panjang SMC.
00:59He's also been the chairman of our town council.
01:01And I do want to make the point that there is great synergy, great options to optimise because we have a collective united town council.
01:12And I just want to express my gratitude to your leadership for Mr Liang.
01:17And we look forward to working closely together with him again.
01:21Now let me turn to Holland Bukit Timah.
01:24I am pleased to announce that it will be the four of us again.

01:34We've been here a long time.
01:36We've walked without residents, listened to their ideas, their anxieties, their hopes, their aspirations.
01:44We've transformed the towns under our charge.
01:47We've upgraded infrastructure, improved connectivity.
01:51Just as important, we've also nurtured our green areas.
01:55I think you all know Holland Bukit Timah includes Bukit Timah Hill and the central catchment.
02:00So this is the greenest constituency in Singapore.
02:04And we view that as a special responsibility on our part.
