00:15At ito po ay may pag-asa na po lahat na pagkaroon ng health card.

00:21Ano po itong health card?

00:22Sinisigulo po dito ang pangangailangan natin sa servisyong medikal o sa ating kalusugan.

00:31Sapagkat sa Universal Health Care po, tayo ay committed to lahat para ang servisyong medikalidad na kaya-kaya ng ating bulsa.

00:42So balik sa nangyayari po ngayon, ay marami po ang mga krempong nakakarating sa amin, hindi talaga kaya ng ating bulsa.

00:51At kaya na ang PNH Party Days ay nagmumungkahing.

00:59That's a very good question na marami na dinag-tali sa amin yan.

01:03At the health card takes care of the out-of-pocket cost.

01:09Yung galing sa bulsa natin.

01:11So the health card is positioned na wala ng out-of-pocket cost.

01:15Kaya na unlimited medical services ang maaaring asahan dito.

01:19May impact story po yan.

01:22Sa ngayon, ang total health expenditures ng ating bansa ay umawad na sa 1.4 trillion pesos.

01:30Pag pinasama-sama natin lahat ng pondo na galing naman sa taxes, ang kalamihan dito.

01:36So yung podo ng Heal Health, Department of Health, yung mga kinuha nyo sa sarili, yung mga HMO siguro, yung galing sa PCS o PAPCOR, at iba pang pinapukunan ng pondo.

01:49So pag pinasama-sama natin yun, naikwenta namin, 700 billion pesos naman.

01:55So ili sabihin, kung ang health expenditures natin ay 1.4 trillion pesos, Sir Eddie,

02:02meron tayong kakulangan ng 700 billion.

02:05So sa kukunin yun, out-of-pocket yun.

02:09So may mag-unutang sa atin, may magmamalimus, di-discarte, parang sa gano'n, meron tayong pambayad po roon.

02:17So pwedeng lumapit tayo sa lahat ng malalapitan natin, pero ito ay out-of-pocket pa rin, galing pala sa busapun natin.

02:27So yung konti ipon nyo po, kahit OFW pa rin, ay mapupunta rin sa out-of-pocket pa rin.

02:57So may mag-unutang sa atin, may mag-unutang sa atin.
