00:00Not much beats this Greek pasta salad in the summertime.
00:03Here's how I make mine.
00:04Start by cooking your pasta to al dente and rinse with cold water.
00:07Then slice your veggies.
00:08I use English cucumber, cherry tomatoes, green pepper, red onion, kalamata olives, and parsley.
00:14Add that all to a big bowl with cubed feta and the pasta.
00:17Then prepare the Greek vinaigrette, which is so delicious, you could honestly use this on any salad this summer.
00:22Whisk to combine and then add it to the bowl and toss everything together.
00:25Keep this in the fridge for up to four days and snack on it anytime you want.
