00:00Pagprotekta sa West Philippine Sea at pagtutok sa internal security, ito ang binigyan diin ng Armed Forces of the Philippines kasabay ng pagdiriwang ng ika-apat na putsyam na anibersaryo ng Filipino Army 2nd Infantry Division sa Tanay Rizal.

00:32Sinabi ito ni Browner sa kanyang pagdiriwang ng kapat na putsyam na founding anniversary ngayong araw ng Philippine Army 2nd Infantry Jungle Fighter Division dito sa Camp Kapintin Tanay Rizal.
00:42Sabi ni Browner, alinsunod na rin ito sa pagship ng magsa sa Territorial Defense sa ilalim ng Comprehensive Archaeological Defense Concept o yung CAD-C.
