00:00Left channel, scored an absolute beauty there, cutting in from...
00:20This time Martin Boyle, although there's some sorting out to do in the middle for Chris Graham.
00:30Rocky Vashiri and Clark Robertson, the two...
00:35Receiving some instructions from the referee, and they'll go straight back to, I suspect, doing what they were doing before.
00:44Boyle swings that in, into the six yards.
00:49Hard area, but Simon Murray who gets his head to it, then Larkesh helps it on,
00:54but the electric Adewumi, he's unable to pick it up.
01:00It's Triantis.
01:13And Levitt.
01:15Murray wins it back.
01:18Now Mulligan.
01:20Robertson comes up forward, looking for Tiffany.
01:26Rocky Vashiri can see that now.
01:31They've been so much more solid at the back, Cavernian.
01:34One defeat in 19 league games.
01:40When you consider it's a 38-game season, that's...
01:44One defeat in half a season worth of Premiership football is quite incredible.
01:51That's dragged back, there's Hoylet, and he was just stretching.
01:56Sends it well wide in the end, but the pullback from Kukarovic opened the chance for Hoylet.
02:04Well, it looked as if he was going to be stepping onto it perfectly, you can see him there in the middle of the park.
02:09Mozilla just dropping him, wasn't totally aware of where he was.
02:14As I said, it looked as if he was going to be able to get a clean strike in the end.
02:18Just stretching for it, not able to get it on target.
02:24But that's going to be a key area of the park.
02:27Junior Hoylet has played the last few games in that hole in behind the two strikers,
02:33and Mozilla's going to have to be aware of him because he's got some amount of ability.
02:41Could only cushion that one too, shocking the scene.
02:47He's well won back, Jack Iredale and now Hoylet assessing options, sliding in as Scylla.
03:03Haven't lost at home, Hibs, since the 9th of November against Samirin.
03:07Such an incredible start to the season, incredible how they've managed to turn it round and get themselves right in the mix.
03:17At the front of the queue for European places.
03:20Iredale Fields, Jordan, a beat up.
03:28He was sent off in that game at Denz Park, that was when it all started to go wrong in that game after they took the lead through Cadden.
03:36Well, it literally was the lowest point for Hibs in the campaign, that 4-1 demolition at Denz.
03:48I saw the moment when Jordan Obita was sent off and Eli Johan was doing keeping uppies and it just felt like it was falling apart and there was no way.
04:02There was no way that David Gray and Hibs were going to be able to forage a path forward that got them to the position they're in just now.
04:17It was quite incredible. They deserve an incredible amount of credit for what they've been able to do in turning it around.
04:24The next game obviously here at home against Aberdeen was monumental.
04:293-3 injury time goals to get the point and they showed real character.
04:34What had been lacking, massively lacking before, they showed in spades that game and they've not looked back since then.
04:43Since that game up at Denz, only Celtic have picked up more Premiership points but they have played two more games in the top six and qualified now for the top six.
04:57That element was sorted out yesterday, Samirin claiming the final spot and congratulations to Steven Robinson and his side for doing that for the third time.
05:08There's Tiffany, Triantis breaks it up, Caden quickly on, Kukarovic, Poilet, the looking on song early doors, Hibs, Martin Boyle looks early.
05:27Peter May collect it but he loses out to Jordan McGee, former Heart of Midlothian player.
05:39Josh Mulligan to Clark Robertson.
05:57With Robertson again, he's desperate to avoid relegation, he came close last season with Ashdod and Israel.
06:08Murray looking for the run of Aduwumi, he'd gone too quickly, the Austrian.
06:12Chris Graham stopping the game, got to be honest, I don't think it was a million miles away where Rocky Maschiri just took it was further away from where Jack Allardale took it.
06:28I don't think they needed to pull that back.
06:31I don't think they needed to pull that back.
06:37Dundee, two wins in the last three against the Derby away at Tanadice and then last week against Samirin.
06:50That's as many as they've won in the previous 14 leading up to that, so beginning to find some results at a very important time of the season.
07:00Larkesh who's on loan from Queen's Park Rangers.
07:10Shocking to see a place for the eighth game in a row after that year long injury.
07:21Touchdown by Kakarovic, Silla winning the scrap.
07:42según part of Bax was on loan.
07:46Aha, that syncom's been hectic to see it's произош.
08:00S time at Wang.
08:02Oh my…
08:05Palmed away by Jordan Smith, but that is exactly the danger that Dundee's centre-forward possesses, so lively.
08:25Good invention there from Dundee, bright play, just off the back of Chris Carden,
08:34looked as if he was going to get the shot away initially, taking an extra touch and actually making the angle tighter, more difficult.
08:55Tiffany gets the ricochet back from Chris Carden, Silla,
09:02Robertson again, Murray's looking to make a move.
09:07Bashiri covering it, Murray goes down, turns straight to the referee who was not fussed at all, but Murray's continuing his protest.
09:17That's a really good ball from Finn Robertson there over the back.
09:24No, there's absolutely nothing in it.
09:26Rocky Bashiri deals with it, and perhaps he just touched the back of the heel, but it's not a penalty kick.
09:36Kevin Clancy, who's on VAR, had a quick look at it, nothing more to offer.
09:43Play on with the corner for Dundee.
09:47Smith backpedalling, has to claw that one out.
09:50McGee.
09:51The goalkeeper's done well there because that looked as if it was dropping in at the back post there,
09:57backtracking, having to get his hand on it and getting away from danger.
10:02Perhaps it was drifting past the post, but he doesn't know what's behind him, so he had to get it clear.
10:09George Smith doing just that in the end.
10:16Skipper, shock and say we'll try to launch this one in.
10:21Bashiri attacked that, really good defensive header.
10:29Mulligan, way past Obita.
10:33Forward to Kukarovic.
10:37He's done well, now looks for Boyle.
10:40Silla, who reads the play so well.
10:42He's the last man back for Dundee.
10:45He does do that job very well.
10:47He's got a good understanding of the game, and as you mentioned there, reads it very well.
10:52Senses it.
10:57His danger fills in.
11:00He's a good foil for the likes of obviously Lyle Cameron and Finn Robertson.
11:07He's looking for the long diagonal, Tiffany almost got the flick on it that could have helped it towards Larkesh.
11:17Triantis loses out to Mulligan.
11:22Now Larkesh.
11:25Dundee feeling their way into this game and gradually making their way up the pitch.
11:34Simon Murray's delivery turned away by Iredale.
11:41Yeah, it's definitely been a better last five minutes or so from Dundee.
11:46Just finding their feet, starting to spend a wee bit more time on the ball and definitely territorially they've been able to get themselves up the park because that opening ten minutes or so was predominantly played closer to their goal.
12:01Four away wins for Dundee, it's only one less than Hibbs.
12:16Probably Robertson finds Joe Shocknessy, not much he could do with the header though.
12:28Straight into the arms of Smith, who now looks early.
12:31And this is always a threat, a fear for defending clubs that you leave Martin Boyle one-on-one but you've got the experience, the level head of Mozilla back to deal with him though.
12:47That's good though from John Smith, I like goalkeepers when they're alert and they're always looking to get the game played quickly and encounter.
12:57It's 1v1, then you know, definitely, especially as we just spoke about with the pace of Martin Boyle.
13:03There's absolutely no panic from Mozilla in that situation though.
13:17Dundee haven't won here since, in the top flight since 2001, quite incredibly.
13:32Gavin Ray and Stephen Milne with a 90th minute winner after Craig Brewster an equalised for Hibbs.
13:39Tiffany, comes off Cadden, they broke that long-awaited win at Tanadice last month, so getting into a good habit Dundee.
13:58Mulligan, that took a clip on its way through, so they'll have a corner, beginning to exert some pressure of their own.
14:04Yeah, well obviously that game at Tanadice was the start of, you know, these last run of games.
14:11It was a wonderful performance and result for them, followed up with a really good performance against Rangers, but they come away with nothing.
14:18But I do think there was still momentum that was gained from it, especially when they were able to follow that up with the 2-0 victory against Edmund last week.
14:25So they're coming into this game in a good mental state and definitely good form.
14:32As I said earlier on, it's crucial that they do continue to put the performances in and pick up the results in these last six games.
14:40Robertson takes it again.
14:43It's Hibbs head that gets there first, and Triantes now, Kukarovic, he's got Hoylet alongside them.
14:49Hoylet, back it comes to the Ukrainian, Kukarovic, Boyles making up ground, oh, it comes off the post from Kukarovic.
14:56That saves Dundee for now, but it's coming straight back at them, and wide it goes from Levitt this time.
15:07Hibbs so close to the opener.
15:10Well, it's a really good break from Hibbs, loads of pace, but I do wonder whether Kukarovic, he should have just waited, he didn't need to play that ball initially to Junior Hoylet.
15:20Hoylet does really well to keep the momentum they attacked.
15:23Kukarovic, unfortunate there.
15:27Hoylet again, getting onto the loose ball, keeping things alive.
15:31Back into Dillon Levitt's feet here, just not able to get enough bend on it into the corner.
15:37Good play from Hibbs, but a couple of wee moments there, as I said, from Kukarovic.
15:43For me, when he's breaking, he needs to keep driving forward, attract Mozilla across them.
15:48He plays the ball over to Junior Hoylet without ever really engaging the defender.
15:54Robita.
15:56Taking on McGee then goes for goal.
15:59Lashed that one well wide.
16:01You've got to say, for Jordan Obita, he's stepped into that position that Nicky Cardin had made his own, and he's done well.
16:16The concern, I'm sure, for David Gray when Nicky Cardin went down with that hamstring injury was how it was going to impact the team as a whole in this drive for third spot.
16:27But credit to the team and credit to Jordan Obita, he stepped in and done a really good job.
16:32And the drop-off has not been apparent.
16:41Coming up to the midpoint in the first half.
16:43Coming up to the midpoint in the first half.
16:44Coming up to the midpoint in the first half.
16:45Coming up to the midpoint in the first half.
17:08Smith, Triantis, shows...
17:10Rocky Meshiri to Levitt.
17:14Iredale to Kukarovic, but Clark Robertson on his back.
17:21The fans are jumping on his back there a little bit, but to be honest,
17:25it wasn't the worst idea. Junior Hoylet, he saw him,
17:27just on the inside, was in loads of space.
17:31Just wasn't able to execute it.
17:34Hoylet now looks to return it to get the pace of boil in.
17:38Up against Shocknessy.
17:40Boyle cuts back on the right.
17:42And the Dundee captain did his job very well indeed.
17:50One back.
17:52And Tiffany.
17:55Right, it's the challenge of Triantis before taking a tumble.
18:01Well, both teams are having a real go here, you know.
18:04I've got to say that Hibs general play has been very good.
18:06The link up, one-touch football at times.
18:10Getting into some dangerous areas.
18:14But Dundee have looked threatening as well on occasion.
18:17I do genuinely believe for Tony Doherty and his private moments,
18:31he'll be looking at this team and thinking if he's been able to keep it together longer,
18:37they'd have been challenging for top six.
18:39I honestly believe that.
18:41But ultimately they're not.
18:44And they've got to fight their way away from the relegation playoff spot.
18:47But as nervous as that can be and as pressurized as that can be,
18:54he must look at the team now and think he's confident that they can steer themselves to safety.
19:00What the others in that situation would give for a 20-goal-a-season striker?
19:06Because Simon Murray's done it this season and did it last season with Ross County as well.
19:10Absolutely.
19:1126, I think he got last game.
19:12Well, he was the difference maker last season for Ross County.
19:14You look at the playoffs as well.
19:17Coming up Trump.
19:17I think he's having to scramble to try and win that back.
19:36Miller for Cadden.
19:47Feet up.
19:57Now with Levin.
19:58And space for Kukarovic.
20:00Just dropping into that hole.
20:03Chris Cadden.
20:05Against Larkesh.
20:07Well defended by the Frenchman, but Cadden gets it back.
20:10Miller.
20:11Triantis.
20:12Neat ball out to Obita.
20:20Again, Adewumi goes all the way back with him.
20:23Hibs have to settle for the corner.
20:25Well, good desire from Dundee in those wide areas initially.
20:29Larkesh getting the block on Cadden and then Adewumi, the wide man, getting back in.
20:34Making sure that Obita's not able to put an easy ball into the box.
20:37The Hibs continue to probe.
20:43They do look dangerous.
20:45This is, you know, their general play here is as good as I've seen for a few weeks.
20:51It's been building up nicely for them to challenge for this European spot in third.
20:59Boyle.
21:00It's towards Miller.
21:01It's hooked in.
21:03It's Rocky Bashiri.
21:04The man who's become a cult hero at Easter Roads.
21:19You've started well.
21:21I've now got the reward after 26 minutes.
21:25Yeah, well, exactly that, Rory.
21:28They've started well and now they've got a goal to show for it as well.
21:31Perfect timing, really.
21:33You can see they're right in that six-yard box.
21:35It's just not good enough defending.
21:37It's Clark Robertson that's touched tight with Rocky Bashiri, but he stands behind them all the way.
21:42You know, whether he's thinking that Shaughnessy and Mulligan, perhaps at that near post, or it's actually Simon Murray, whether they're going to get a touch on it, but he's touch tight, but he never actually affects Rocky Bashiri.
21:56And a nice, neat finish from the Hibs defender there to put the home side 1-0 up.
22:01I mean, listen to this.
22:04Rocky Bashiri's name ringing around Easter Road.
22:07You would not have believed that six months ago.
22:11Yeah, but it just feeds into the whole narrative of what you wouldn't believe here.
22:15It's continued to unfold this season.
22:17It's been a crazy season, not just for Hibs, you know, the league as a whole.
22:27But certainly Hibs are right up there in terms of the unbelievable things that have unfolded.
22:34He's approaching 100 games in green and white, Rocky Bashiri.
22:41It's four short after today.
22:44Should get there before the end of the season.
22:45He's played a massive part since making his way into the team, coming up with the fourth goal of the season.
22:59Switching to the back three has unquestionably helped Hibs.
23:03And David Gray was at a point where he just obviously felt like he had to try something different to try and find a way of grinding out some results.
23:11And now you get to the stage where you see them and they've got a fluidity to their game.
23:16But you could never, you know, turn that on like a tap straight away.
23:20They just had to find something that would get them some points to begin with.
23:25And that extra man at the back definitely helped.
23:28Jack Iredale coming in at the back as well.
23:30The left side, just a straightforward, no-nonsense defender that's brought a calmness there as well.
23:35This man on the park, Triantus, has continued to improve and grow and impress as the season's gone on in the middle of the park as well.
23:47It's Hoyland, this time from out wide on the right foot.
23:50Searching out Obita who'd vacated that position on the left-hand side.
23:55There's Triantus.
23:56Do you think that would, would Nictarius Triantus and the potential of him coming back next season, would that be a priority over the summer?
24:05Certainly be one of them.
24:06Yeah, for me, if David Gray or Malky Mackay, director of football, I'm pretty sure they'd be looking at a way of trying to make sure that Triantus was at Easter Road next season.
24:18He's got great legs, he's technically, I think, better than you initially think because he looks a little bit un-gamely at times.
24:28But, you know, he drives with the ball well, got good close control, and you've got real good athleticism in the middle of the park.
24:42Dylan Levitt's picked up a bit of a knock there.
24:48He's probably got winded a little bit there, but it's not anything you could realistically say was punishable with a free kicker.
25:18So, half an hour played at Easter Road.
25:26He's leading by a goal to nil from Rocky Bashiri.
25:35It'll be a hip-free kick.
25:39When he could have played on.
25:48He's coming down.
26:18Iredale, he's a wee bit fortunate there, Leavitt sends it out to Hoyland, now a beat-up,
26:48the ball was making angles and looking for the ball, moving the Dundee players around.
27:14Certainly two teams that are very easy on the eye.
27:24Miller back to Smith, that'll be read by McGee but just miscued, Kukarovic will keep it in,
27:33a beat-up for Leavitt.
27:41Martin Boyle's making his move and that has left the space open for Kadant who can keep it in play,
27:47it was a wonderful pass from Leavitt, Kadant gets past Larkesh and now sends it in low,
27:53it just needed a touch at the back post and Junior Hoyland was just a longer stud away from knocking that one in.
28:01That's more brilliant play from Hibbs isn't it, moving the ball around really quickly, stretching Dundee at the moment.
28:15Triantis with the low ball in, it's not a bad one at all, nobody went after it and Jordan McGee turns it out for the corner and turns to his teammates and asks why wasn't I given a shout.
28:27You see here the space out in the wide area, lovely ball from Dylan Leavitt, Chris Kadant keeps it in.
28:33This is good play in the wide area as he almost sticks Larkesh on his backside, so close at the back post, Junior Hoyland.
28:45Really good play from Hibbs, Dundee just got to make sure that they do not fall further behind at the moment, keep themselves in the game.
28:59Hibbs scored from their last corner over that side, Boyle swings in again looking for Bashiri, this time Trevor Carson comes out to make the claim.
29:09It just looked like Trevor Carson was looking down that right hand side but there was bodies over on the near side.
29:19Rocky Bashiri just had a bit of discomfort with the goal scorer.
29:28Leavitt, now Kadant, Kukarovic, wanted to get turned but Robertson was having none of it.
29:57Kadant, Kukarovic, wanted to break it up again, now Finn Robertson, Tiffany, gets up the throw.
30:15Slack from Triantis, seized upon by Robertson.
30:22Now I can understand why Robertson's got his hands on his head there, he's playing that ball just on the inside of Bashiri looking for Simon Murray to be on his bike and running behind but I'm not sure why but Simon Murray was caught on his heels almost looking for the ball to his feet.
30:40Ten minutes left in the half.
30:47Bashiri looks to have recovered from that knock that he picked up.
30:52avourit.
30:53Yellow, cam.
30:54確abolo.
30:55Now.
30:56件.
30:57ilonn.
30:58Wait.
30:59Just see you in the
31:20paper, biased.
31:21Boshiri has come forward for this Lewis-Miller throw.
31:47We'll come to Tiffany on the edge and perhaps a counter-attack opportunity for Dundee now, Robertson they'll close.
31:55He's in a perfect position, it looked to me as if it was a Dundee throwing initially, but Chris Carden was adamant and as I said the referee was right on top of it to agree with them.
32:13What a weekend it's going to be, next weekend from Hamden starting off on the Saturday Scottish Cup semi-finals.
32:23Heart of Midlothian against Aberdeen, that's from 12.30.
32:26And then exclusively live on the Sunday, St. Johnson against Celtic, 3 o'clock.
32:40Oh and Simon Murray has picked that up from Smith, a really slack one but Hibs are going to get away with it.
32:50Now Boyle comes short, gets away, and the challenge lunging in, Joe Shocknessy could well see his name taken here.
33:02Chris Graham buying himself some time and it's just a talking to for the Dundee skipper.
33:09Well I think if the Dundee captain had ended up in the book I don't think he would have had too much to complain about.
33:17It's a free kick every day of the week and Hibs are breaking up the park.
33:21I think more often than not you would see a yellow card given for that.
33:27Slack play there from Jordan Smith though, you know, Hibs have really been able to
33:35It's almost what Jordan Smith had done there.
33:40Robertson, just leaving that one that allowed Kukarovic to step in.
33:56No, bit of slack.
34:02Play, I thought even though he miscontrolled it, he was the one that could have got it and cleared it.
34:09He wanted to pass it on to his team mate Larkesh.
34:15Well that's come off Murray last, he didn't know too much about it.
34:19Triantis, Iredale, just has to be careful here, he's being closed down by Josh Mulligan.
34:40A beat up.
35:19It's out of Wumey, but he can only find Levitt.
35:31The run, and he couldn't keep it in, though.
35:42Apart from a five-minute period in this first half,
35:47the Hibs have been the team that have been really forcing the issue.
35:52They've been good this first half.
35:56It's not as if Dundee have been really bad.
36:00I think they're there or thereabouts,
36:03but certainly the performance from the home side will be pleasing.
36:07David Gray, Tony Doherty will just be wanting to try to get through to half-time,
36:11and make sure that they do not fall further behind.
36:15Triantis doing really well, forcing Larkes into the foul.
36:19It's a great play.
36:26It really is.
36:29That's what he does brilliantly.
36:30I said it before, you know, that athleticism in the middle of the park
36:32to come across and break up play, keep it simple, get the attacks going.
36:38The Australian's been there.
36:43It's Levitt that takes that, Miller, the target.
36:48Silla to Kukarovic, back in from Hoylet, and there's Miller.
36:53Once more, Silla with the block.
36:56A beat up.
36:57Back out to Lewis Miller, who's staying forward.
37:01It's a good ball in.
37:04Hoylet guides his header wide.
37:06I'm pretty sure they would have hoped that.
37:36Bashiri finds Triantis nicely cushioned for the on-rushing Cadden.
37:45They've just had really good tempo to their plate.
37:48The whole half, Hibs, has been quick.
37:53A lot of forward plate.
37:54Iredale split the two Dundee players, and now feeds Boyle,
38:05who really fancied that run at Shawkenessy,
38:07but again, the Dundee captain stuck to his task well.
38:15He did really well, didn't he?
38:16Because this is not a position that many defenders would want to be in.
38:21Striker charging at them at pace.
38:25Getting driven backward into their boxes.
38:28Well, you dangle a foot, you make a run.
38:39Well, you dangle a foot, you make a run.
38:39Yet by doing them.
38:40And some people have tried to clean up the ground right this way.
