A shocking murder has surfaced from the Nasirabad Sadar police station area in Ajmer district, Rajasthan. A woman named Janta (29) has been arrested along with her disabled lover Bashir Khan for allegedly murdering her husband, Mastan, who she claimed was an obstacle in their affair.
According to police, Mastan had returned home after a day of labour when Janta revealed her relationship with Bashir. She told her husband about a planned liquor party and claimed Bashir would provide her with money if needed. Later, she left home and informed Bashir about Mastan’s whereabouts.
Bashir met Mastan and took him to a deserted quarters near the Housing Board area. There, in an intoxicated state, he allegedly attacked Mastan with a knife and slit his throat before fleeing on a scooter. Although Janta wasn't present during the murder, police say she helped orchestrate the entire plan.
Both accused are now in police custody.
