00:09The executive vice president, Elcio Rodríguez, presented the economic emergency decree signed by President Nicolás Maduro,
00:16given the international circumstances and the impact of the economic trade war against the world.
00:22RodrĂ­guez added a decrease of preventive action to anti-defense and accompanying national production.
00:31She also stressed that U.S. people who suffer the consequences of the measures implemented by the government are the main victims of the tariff war.
00:39In favor of approving the draft resolution to consider the decree of state of economic emergency in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,
00:53issued by the constitutional president of the republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros,
00:58in accordance with the provisions of Article 339 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela
01:05and the Article 27 of the Organic Law on State of Emergency, please vote with the usual sign,
01:12it is hereby approved by qualified majority.
01:16Consequently, Citizen Secretary, please forward it to the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice,
01:23as established in Article 31 of the Organic Law on States of Exception and to the Official Gazette for the purpose of its publication.
