00:09Through a statement, Venezuelan Vice President Delta Rodriguez informed that she maintains
00:13fluid communication with oil and gas companies affected by the sanctions, affirming that the
00:18Bolivarian Republic is prepared to comply with the contracts with these companies,
00:22respecting the Constitution and national laws. Furthermore, the text reaffirmed that
00:26international companies do not need authorization from foreign governments
00:30since Venezuela does not recognize extraterritorial jurisdiction.
