00:04it's because i love music portsmouth has so much creativity and talent and culture within it
00:10it needs to have a light shine on it and hopefully this is the start of that local
00:15music to me is is the heart and soul of the city and more more power to everyone from
00:22portsmouth becoming successful because if one of us eats we all eat and i want people to
00:27also look at things like tonight and aspire to get on that stage one day um we want to reward
00:34um people's hard work in in the music scene and um yeah it's not about um us it's about
00:41everyone else we just want to be the people to go well done

01:04it was really cool like we've never been nominated for anything ever so we I just
01:32came across it on Instagram and I was like that's us but yeah it was really cool yeah and what did
01:40you guys think of the event it was so so cool so good such an amazing atmosphere and also an amazing
01:47people yeah amazing experience as well and we also haven't seen a lot of the people that were here
01:52for quite a while so it was great to just like say hi and catch up with some of them yeah yeah I think
01:58we're just really glad that everyone Portsmouth is finally getting an opportunity like this
02:03because I think I was just saying to someone else it's such like an underrated city and there's so
02:10many people here with such big talent like everyone that was nominated and even people that were
02:15nominated have such talent and I Portsmouth definitely needs to be recognized as one of the
02:21like you know music holding towers how do you guys feel that you won amazing it's a room full of so
02:30many talented people and I think the category we were in all that that we were up for three awards
02:36there's so much talent the fact that we got to the top of one of them this is so incredible so
02:43again there's so much talent in Portsmouth and like a night like this that have they've gone out
02:47their way to really showcase that it's so so good because it highlights everything that we've got
02:56going for us and I feel like because we're so far south it's hard to really show that off and a night
03:03like this makes you feel like you know what there's so many amazing people like we're we're all talented
03:08there's there's talent everywhere like let's let's make the city amazing because it is amazing
03:14it makes me feel like we're doing something right and it's right and now it's like the next step is
03:20not just Portsmouth to recognize this is the whole country and I think there's going to be so many acts
03:26coming out Portsmouth that's going to be recognized on the national scene and I can't wait to be involved
03:30with that
