But number one, we have an absolute freedom of speech here in America. So you can say those things. And that is in the Constitution, the Supreme Court. Hold on, has applied it to non-citizens as well as citizens.
00:21Now, I don't have an agree with that speech, but freedom of speech isn't for a speech that you agree with. It's for unpopular speech. But that's not even important in this case, because the people they've snatched up weren't pro-Hamas at all, didn't say anything pro-Hamas. In fact, Mahmoud Khalil went on national TV and spoke out against anti-Semitism.
00:39Oh, this church only wrote an op-ed. She didn't even go to the protest. She wrote an op-ed saying that there should be an economic boycott of Israel. None of that is pro-Hamas. They're 100% making it up. And that's the problem with going outside of due process. When you ignore the courts, you don't ever present your evidence. So if you had evidence linking them to Hamas, great, present it. And let's have a conversation and a good debate about it.
