00:00Next up, sir, we have a series of executive orders and memorandum, all relating to deregulation,
00:05which has obviously been a major priority of your administration.
00:08The first of these is an executive order.
00:10The Biden administration launched what you've called a war on showers.
00:15They had certain regulations that basically killed the water pressure of showers and other water appliances.
00:24You can say it.
00:25Go ahead.
00:26What are the appliances?
00:27I mean, it's everything, sir.
00:29Dishwashers, toilets, sinks.
00:33But the shower heads are a huge deal.
00:34There's no water.
00:35You don't get water.
00:36It's ridiculous.
00:37So with this executive order, we're effectively going to be reversing that set of regulations
00:42to ensure that Americans have choice in the consumer market.
00:45If they want a low-flow shower head, they can buy one.
00:47If they want a real-deal shower head, they should have the ability to get one.
00:52You buy a new house, you pay a lot of money, and the developers, you're not allowed to do anything more.
00:58They put restrictors on.
01:00They used to have a restrictor where you could take it out, but now they weld it in.
01:03And you take a shower or wash your hands, whatever you do, including dishwashers where no water comes out.
01:09But you wash your hands.
01:11And in my case, I like to take a nice shower to take care of my beautiful hair.
01:17I have to stand under the shower for 15 minutes until it gets wet.
01:21It comes out drip, drip, drip.
01:23It's ridiculous.
01:24And what you do is you end up washing your hands five times longer.
01:27So it's the same water.
01:28And we're going to open it up so that people can live.
01:32And we're going to hopefully have Congress approve it so it's memorialized.
