00:40Alright, well, Doc, so ano ba itong hypervigilance at paano ito naiba sa yung normal mo na pagiging alerto at saka maingat?
00:47Yes, normal yun na meron tayong sense of kailangan alert tayo.
00:52Pagalimbawa, pag nagkukross ng street para huwag tayong ma-put into danger, normal yun.
