00:00Now, the West is what's interesting, as we put up the West standings, because we know
00:05that OKC is going to be the one and the Rockets are going to be the two.
00:09But looking from three to eight, the Lakers, 48-30, Denver, 47-32, Clippers, 46-32, Golden
00:16State, 46-32, Minnesota, 46-32, Memphis, 46-32.
00:23I mentioned this to you last week.
00:25You talk about a difference from either hosting, having home court in a first-round series,
00:31or going on the road in a play-in tournament game.
00:35That is an enormous swing for these couple teams, and all these games are going to matter
00:40this week for all of them.
00:41Like Kerr was saying, we've got to win our last four.
00:43So they play the Suns in the footprint in the desert tomorrow.
00:46I think they'll win that game because the Suns, I just saw them, they're awful.
00:50I mean, they are really running out a bunch of hacks in that lineup.
00:56Besides Booker, like they played Beal at the Garden, but he does nothing.
01:01Beal literally is like doing nothing anymore, but he can't be traded.
01:06He's got the best deal ever.
01:07He does nothing and they can't trade him.
01:10But then they play at home against the Spurs, which I think they'll win at the Chase.
01:15They play at the Moda in Rip City.
01:18That's a dangerous game against that young Blazer team.
01:21I think they could have their hands full there.
01:23That could ruin it.
01:24And then I think it will be a great game on Sunday when they play host to the Clippers
01:31at the Chase.
01:32And I know the Clippers can beat them.
01:33I don't know if they will at the Chase, but I think that Clipper-Dubbs game is going to
01:39be for all the marbles.
01:41And I think that's going to be a fantastic game on Sunday at 3.30 in the afternoon, which
01:45will be, I think, a 12.30 game out there, right?
01:50Or maybe at home.
01:51Maybe it's...
01:52Maybe...
01:53No, it is.
01:54Because on Sunday, the last day of the regular season, everybody plays.
01:57Noon East is when every Eastern Conference team plays.
02:01They all played their last game.
02:02And then all the West teams play that last game at 3.30, 12.30 local.
02:08So that's when they play.
02:09Now I was looking at all their schedules, all these teams that have the 32 losses.
02:14I would say going into this week, Minnesota has the easiest ride, I would think, to win
02:22these games because they play the Bucs, the Grizzlies, the Nets, and the Jazz.
02:28I mean, those last two games, Nets, Jazz.
02:30Those last two are juicy.
02:33They're very juicy for them, whereas, you know, Denver's got Kings, Grizzlies, Rockets.
02:40Memphis has Hornets, Timberwolves, Nuggets, and Mavs.
02:45It's gonna be tight.
02:46I think the Memphis Grizzlies are, like, didn't they, like, all of a sudden wake up from their
02:50malaise?
02:51Like, they were losing left and right, but they beat the Pistons, and they beat the Heat
02:57in secession.
02:58So they've snapped out of it after they fired Jenkins.
03:02And then they find Joff or the gun finger pointing and everything else.
03:06But Bain went out and said, screw this.
03:09Bain and Jaron Jackson Jr. got it done.
03:13They sure did.
03:14So it's going to be a fun last week.
03:16All those teams with either three or four games left to play.
03:18Finally, games that matter in the NBA, imagine that.
03:23This is not just seeding here.
03:24This is real significant not being in that playing tournament and making sure that you're
03:29already advanced into the following week.
