00:00The point you're making right there, I think, is a valid one, right?
00:07There's some youth in there and some inexperience, right?
00:10Kenyon being the most experienced player that we have in the room.
00:13Jamari's played, you know, he's played at Louisville and coming in here excited about
00:18where he's at and where he's going to go.
00:21But it's always a challenge.
00:23As a coach, I think that stuff is fun, though, right, because you kind of get them from the
00:26very, very beginning and you can mold them into the player that they need to be and where
00:30they can become.
00:32But certainly there's a little bit more pressure when you don't have Terrence and Patrick that
00:36have played, you know, I can't tell you, like 2,000 snaps for you, you know what I mean?
00:41So as we move forward, you know, the burden of leadership falls on Kenyon, like within
00:46our room, and he's done a good job with that.
00:49You know, he's not a terribly vocal guy, but we're pushing him to be more and more vocal
00:53and he does a little bit more of that every single day.
00:54So he's growing in that role.
00:57But you know, it's not unique to just the tight end room.
00:59I think that exists a lot of different places.
01:00And so leadership in my room doesn't necessarily have to always come from the tight end.
01:05I mean, last year, Josh Connerly and Jeff Bossett did a really, really good job of that.
01:08So we'll see, we'll watch them continue to develop.
01:12There's not a ton of time, right, but we do have some time and we'll see how those guys
01:15go.
01:16It'll be nice to get Roger back as well, eventually.
