00:00I think the council spend their money on things that don't really matter, whether it's the people at hand that have to drive around due to the damages and stuff like that, but I think they have priorities elsewhere.
00:12Apart from the very few that make sure you fill in the holes themselves, but obviously it's not going to do a great deal, I'd say you're not going to get anything until the council do anything about it themselves.
00:24So I think just do what you best can with the roads, I suppose. I mean, for the likes of having a nice car, there's no incentive now in fear of damaging anything or anything like that, do you know what I mean?
00:40Like I say, I think they've got priorities elsewhere, I think the potholes are way down on the list for that. It annoys me at times, and the same ones that come by, the ones that you would think are priority-wise just get worse and worse and worse until someone has an accident.
