00:13Good day to all of our fellow countrymen.

00:16It's still raining. Light to moderate rains are expected in Davao Region, Sargent, Surigao Gulf Tour, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi.

00:24This is still an effect of the inter-tropical convergence.

00:28Meanwhile, the northeasterly winds continue to bring heavy rains here in Batanes and Lumuyan Islands.

00:36In Metro Manila and the remaining part of our country, generally fair weather is the majority of the time,

00:42except for localized thunderstorms, most likely in the afternoon or evening.

00:59At the moment, there are no thunderstorms being monitored in our area of responsibility.

01:05Over the weekend, by Saturday or Sunday, the inter-tropical convergence zone is likely to continue

01:12and affect the eastern and southern sections of Mindanao, where it is possible for heavy rains to occur.

01:18In Metro Manila for today, the heat index can reach 40 degrees Celsius.

01:24That's why we are still warning our countrymen about the possibility of heat trumps and heat extinctions.

01:29Meanwhile, here in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, San Jose Occidental, Mindoro, Iloilo,

01:36Central Cross Occidental, Surigao Gulf Tour, and Batuan Angusan del Norte,

01:41these are the places where you are at the danger level.

01:46We are expecting a heat index for today.

01:49That's why we are continuously warning our countrymen about the possibility of heat trumps and heat extinctions.
