00:00A Filipino has just returned home from the Philippines after being affected by the earthquake in Myanmar.

00:06Meanwhile, the NBI will also help to address the awareness of those affected by the earthquake.

00:12This is Joy Camar-Gabrido of Radyo Pilipinas with the national news.

00:18The Philippine government does not care about those affected by the magnitude 7.7 earthquake in Myanmar.

00:25In fact, one of our countrymen has just returned home from the Philippines today and it is possible that more will be affected in the next few days.

00:33So someone requested for repatriation back to the Philippines, right sir?

00:37Just one, and I think he can go home today because it's just one. But I think, of course, more will be affected.

00:45One man lost his passport and all of his belongings.

00:53At present, there are 14 Filipinos who have lost their homes in Mandalay,

00:58while our embassy in Yangon is taking care of them, and it is possible that 50 more will be affected.

01:04Meanwhile, the government will continue its efforts to find the four overseas Filipino workers

01:11who are still missing because of the earthquake in the country.

01:15According to Yusik de Vega, the National Bureau of Investigation or NBI is also helping

01:20to identify the bodies in the morgue in the country.

01:24The NBI also provided details of the four OFWs to facilitate the identification of our countrymen.

01:32There are many bodies that have not been identified yet, but our NBI team has just arrived.

01:40The NBI team has brought DNA identification equipment.

01:47And like the last family here in the Philippines,

01:51the DFA also hopes and prays that the four OFWs in Myanmar will be found alive.
