00:10We want to try to challenge guys to be able to do
00:11as much as they can for the team, right?
00:13And you kind of figure that out as it goes.
00:15Like, can this guy handle a little bit more, right?
00:17Maybe when you're working somebody in a different position,
00:18you work a few different calls
00:19that are a little simpler for them as well.
00:22But, you know, we become the best version of ourselves
00:24when we have our best 11 on the field, right?
00:26And that sometimes means guys working at multiple spots,
00:29and that gives us that chance.
