00:00National Police Commissioner Napocom is investigating the viral video of an official of the MMDA, Gabrielle Goh,

00:08in front of a police station.

00:09It was recorded on a motorcycle parked on a sidewalk.

00:18A viral video of the clearing operation of the MMDA

00:22in front of a police station in Quezon City last week.

00:26In this video, it was posted on social media

00:29that Special Operations Group Strike Force Head, Gabrielle Goh,

00:34was scolding Police Captain Eric Filipe.

00:37Because of the motorcycles parked on the sidewalk,

00:40Filipe asked him for forgiveness but Goh did not like the police's approach.

00:47That incident was investigated by the National Police Commission.

00:51If the police is at fault, they will be charged and punished.

00:54My problem with that is, the method.

00:58You can see that it's over.

01:06He plans to pay the fine.

01:09You will video it. You will post it. You will let it go.

01:14According to Kalinisan, he already talked to Filipe

01:18that he plans to file a complaint against Goh.

02:01In a post, the MMDA said that Goh has initiated a show-cause order.

02:06Goh was called a dedicated MMDA enforcer.

02:10But if he made a mistake, he will go through the due process
