00:13I'm actually re-watching The Hills right now, which is insane.
00:16But something that I've liked about you is you took a narrative,
00:20because you know, when you're on reality TV, you don't get to control the edits,
00:23so you don't get to control how you're portrayed,
00:25but you kind of took back your power after the show,
00:27and you're like, no, no, no, this is who I am.
00:29How did you get the strength and the vulnerability to be able to flip the script in that way?
00:33I think it's important in life to always stay true to who you are, and to be authentic.
00:38So whatever that path was, and wherever that was going to take me,
00:41I was going to be strong in that, knowing I had such an incredible support system
00:45from my family and my husband, and in life, you know, in life,
00:49you always have to stay true to yourself.
00:51Absolutely, and what's something that you're working on in 2025
00:54that we can all get excited about, that we can all expect?
00:57I have a new album coming out, which is going to be amazing, working hard on that.
01:01I have a Heidi Wood official album coming out, also with about 22 songs.
01:07So we're just going to keep working.
01:09Lots of Heidi.
01:10I'm performing at Hoopla coming up with 33,000 people under Kesha,
01:15performing with her, so I'm very excited.
01:17I mean, this is our Billboard charting artist.
01:19I mean, what a dream that you're finally here.
01:22It must be so validating, knowing that through tragedy,
01:25you're unfortunately losing your home in the fires.
01:27What a gorgeous, bright silver lining that it's kind of reignited your passion for music.
01:32It's definitely a blessing in disguise, and I'm really thankful for everybody's support
01:36and love and just, yeah, it's endless support.
01:41So I'm excited to be here.
01:42It's an amazing event to be a part of, and this is one of the highlights of my career.
