00:27found that unlicensed vendors were obstructing the public's movement along Jalan Tuangu Abdul

00:32Rahman last night while conducting a routine patrol. It said that while other vendors

00:39cooperated and moved away from the area when issued warnings, one balloon vendor refused

00:45to comply despite being warned twice. DBKL said the balloon vendor became aggressive when a third

00:52warning was issued, leading to a physical altercation in which he pushed an enforcement

00:57officer. It said no injuries were reported and the officers involved have lodged a police report.
