00:00That is the job of a captain and a coach to tell the players that

00:04you know, we do understand what you're trying to do for the team.

00:07You know, you go and take your chances. If it comes off, well and good. If it doesn't,

00:12we still back you to do that because you're doing it for the team.

00:30We understand when you're playing, you need to tick certain boxes and we're trying to do that.

00:41It's just that we're trying to create a healthy atmosphere in the squad,

00:45trying to give players the security so that players can go out and play fearlessly.

00:50You know, the first meeting that we had, we spoke of this very clearly to all the players that

00:55you know, if you're trying to do something for the team, that act will never go unnoticed.

01:02We will always recognize when you're trying to put the hand and take the pressure

01:06on yourself and trying to do something for the team.

01:09And that is the job of a captain and a coach to tell the players that,

01:14you know, we do understand what you're trying to do for the team.

01:17You know, you go and take your chances. If it comes off, well and good. If it doesn't,

01:21we still back you to do that because you're doing it for the team.

01:25And anything anyone does for the team, you know,

01:28it's always a good sign and you have to always back that thought.

01:32And probably that is what we're going to do here and stay consistent with that.

01:38We're going to try and do that as much as possible because the talent that we have in India,

01:42it's not easy. You know, you have to see so many options.

01:46Most of the guys who are sitting outside have also done really, really well.

01:52So you try and fit all of these guys into the squad.

01:56And it's not easy. Only 11 can play. We know that.

02:00So it's always tough, but we will try our best to make sure that,

02:05you know, whenever the players step out, they don't have any baggage.
