00:21According to the Department of Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon,

00:29on motorists and commuters while the rehabilitation is being carried out.
00:33The EDSA bus carousel will remain open for the completion of the project.
00:37At the moment, various local government units are being consulted
00:42before the final details of the plan are released.
00:45MNDA Chairman Romando Artes has promised
00:48that all options will be studied
00:51as part of the possible implementation of the Uneven Scheme.
00:54They are also adjusting the living lanes as alternative routes
00:57for motorists and commuters to avoid heavy traffic.
