00:00The Department of Labor and Employment has issued a notice for the salary of employees who will work during the holidays for the next month.
00:11For April 1, Edil Fetir, April 9, Monday, Thursday, April 17, and April 18, Good Friday,
00:22employees who do not work on those days or even if he is on leave or absence with pay will still receive 100% of his daily salary because it is considered a regular holiday.
00:36For employees who will work during the midday, he will receive double of his salary on those days in the first 8 hours of his work.
00:46If he will exceed 8 hours, he will receive 30% of his daily salary.
00:53For employees who will work on his rest day along with the regular holiday, he will receive 30% of his double salary every day.
01:03On Black Saturday, April 19, he will receive no work no pay.
01:10For employees who will work on the special non-working holiday, he will receive 30% of his salary in the first 8 hours of his work.
01:22If he will exceed 8 hours, he will receive 30% of his hourly rate.
