00:22where a lot of foreigners went down to the special class BPO.

00:27But when they checked at the bank, there was no license.

00:30And when they checked their computers and gadgets,

00:33the company saw the back-end support of an illegal gambling site.

00:38There is an online gaming platform that is banned in other countries.

00:45Different countries are fooling it.

00:47It was also seen by OTP generators, international ATMs, and text blasters.

00:52That's why it's being investigated if Omanoy Pugo is also involved in scamming.

00:56It's even more dangerous because the 8 embassies and consular offices of other countries are also in the same building.

01:04We will give a warrant to the Department of Foreign Affairs

01:07so that the DFA can give a warning to the embassies

01:13that they might be compromised with installations or information, data.

01:20Because these are cyber criminals.

01:23135 foreigners were arrested, most of them Chinese.
