00:12We are still not monitoring any typhoons or low-pressure areas inside and outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:20But we have two weather systems that are affecting our country right now.
00:25One of them is the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan, which is occurring here in Meluson.
00:31We are also expecting that we will have Easter Leaves or the hot and misty wind coming from the Pacific Ocean
00:38which is occurring here in Mibisayas and Mindanao.
00:43For our weather today, the Northeast Monsoon, we are expecting to experience a heavy downpour
00:51with heavy rains here in Cagayan Valley, Aurora and Quezon.
00:57For Metro Manila and other parts of Meluson, we are expecting heavy downpours with isolated light rains.
01:08Even though we have a Northeast Monsoon that is occurring here in Meluson,
01:12we are still expecting to experience a hot and misty afternoon until afternoon.
01:19For our people in Bicol Region, we are expecting to experience heavy rains this week
01:27and possibly rain until the weekend.
01:31The temperature for Metro Manila is 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.
01:35For Lawag, it is 23 to 32 degrees Celsius.
01:38For Togigaraw, we are expecting 22 to 30 degrees Celsius.
01:42For Baguio, it is 15 to 24 degrees Celsius.
01:46For Legazpi, it is 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.
01:49For Tagaytay, it is 21 to 30 degrees Celsius.
01:54As for Easterlies, we are expecting heavy downpours with heavy rains here in Zamboanga Peninsula,
02:01Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi.
02:04For Palawan, Mibisayas and Mindanao, we are expecting to experience a misty weather
02:12but it will be hot and misty until afternoon.
02:17There is a high chance of heavy rains and localized thunderstorms
02:22when it comes to afternoon and evening.
02:26The temperature for Calayan Islands and Puerto Princesa is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.
02:31For Iloilo and Tacloban, it is 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.
02:35For Cebu and Cagayan de Oro, it is 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.
02:40For Zamboanga and Davao, it is 24 to 33 degrees Celsius.
02:45As for our heat index, yesterday, we recorded 34 to 35 degrees Celsius here in Metro Manila.
02:54And the highest we recorded yesterday was 45 degrees Celsius here in Misdagupan City, Pangasinan.

03:07As for our forecast heat index, today, March 18, 2025,
03:11we are expecting 36 to 37 degrees Celsius in Metro Manila.

03:26We have a high gale warning here in Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur.
03:31That is why we are warning our countrymen that it is dangerous to go out here in the coastal water.
