00:00DRS, something I bet right during the break as we look at the SEC quadruple header we have on quarterfinal Friday in Nashville.
00:09Auburn laying 6.5 in the opening half. Minus 1.20 for the VIG if you want to lay down with Auburn in that opening 20-minute stanza.
00:19Ole Miss played great yesterday, but a tight game against Arkansas. Sean Padula winning it near the buzzer for the running Rebs.
00:26But Donnie, I really believe in this Bruce Pearl team. I really believe in what Auburn can do. I think Auburn will be there.
00:32Come Final Four weekend in San Antonio just about three weeks from now.
00:37And I really do believe the Tigers have a terrible taste in their mouth with how the final week of the regular season ended.
00:44They were atop the nation, ranked number one in the country for eight consecutive weeks before this last AP poll that came out on Monday afternoon.
00:52They dropped a tough road game against A&M. Felt like a trappy spot. It was.
00:57And then of course an overtime thriller, but against the bitter rivals in Alabama.
01:02Auburn is still the one seed. Auburn clinched the regular season crown around the SEC, entering the final week of action.
01:09I think they're out here to say, listen, we're still the best team in this conference. We're still the best team in this country.
01:14We're going to make a statement early on from the jump. I'd lay the 6.5 with Auburn in the opening half.
01:20Yeah, it's interesting because, again, we're in unfamiliar formats due to the regular season and what we anticipate.
01:25Like, hey, two teams play on a Tuesday, they play on a Friday, maybe on a Sunday at that point.
01:29I always like to say you have the advantage for a basketball team when you played the day before in that same arena.
01:35You saw Mississippi yesterday picking up the W over Arkansas where they have confidence coming in.
01:40So now you have Auburn, who's been off for a little bit of time, has not played on this court and is going to catch a team that just played yesterday.
01:47So these are always the games I look at with maybe a little bit more of a slant by saying, all right, the 11.5 does make some sense.
01:53And also, we're not playing for style points where even if it's in like an Olympic setting where it's like, hey, you know,
01:59when the tiebreakers get to the championship game and the conference is point differential where you want to run it up as high as you can.
02:05Auburn wins by five points today. They're happy. They're moving on. Fantastic.
02:09You know, avoided that lost Ole Miss. Let's play another day. And also, hopefully, we don't have any injuries here.
02:13So that line is almost that number, 11.5. I don't know if I want to jump in because Auburn's the better basketball team.
02:17Auburn should win this game. They're favored by double digits as the number one team in the country. We get that.
02:21But I get a little bit nervous about that. We played yesterday. You didn't play yet.
02:25We won sort of scenario when Seattle plays out today.
