00:24He said the case will be investigated for criminal intimidation under the penal code
00:29and the Communications and Multimedia Act for improper use of network facilities.
00:34He said preliminary investigations showed that the man had an argument with another
00:38car driver before pretending to hit the driver with a stick.
00:42The man acted that way after he was angered by the driver for overtaking vehicles during
00:47the traffic congestion along the highway at 5.30pm on March 9th.
00:52The incident happened at the stretch heading towards the Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration
00:57and Quarantine Complex.
