00:00And at this point, we will talk about the programs of the current administration, here in Mr. President on the go.
00:22First of all, my fellow countrymen, the State-of-the-Art Rice Processing System 2 at Chagi Isabela was personally inspected by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
00:33The facility is part of the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund or RSF Mechanization Program.
00:40It has a total investment of Php 67.48 million.
00:47It is made up of multi-stage rice mills that can process 3 tons of rice per hour and 5 recirculating dryers that can process 12 tons of rice per hour.
01:03The facility is designed to reduce production costs and post-harvest losses that will benefit the local rice industry.
01:12It is expected to result in a better income for the local farmers and a stronger supply of rice for the consumers.
01:23Isabela's province is the primary beneficiary of the RPS2 as a support for more than 70,000 farmers.
01:32It is estimated that 66,000 hectares of land are farmed in the so-called province.
