Four more people - two men and two women from the Leicestershire area - have been arrested after the fatal shooting of a woman in Talbot Green. Police are looking for a motive and believe Joanne Penney, aged 40, could have been the victim of mistaken identity.

00:00South Wales Police have confirmed four more people have been arrested after the fatal
00:07shooting of a woman enlisted in Talbot Green on Sunday.
00:11All of the latest arrests are of people from the Leicestershire area, two women aged 21
00:15and 39, and two men aged 27 and 68.
00:18A police spokesperson has said they are all in police custody and will be questioned.
00:22Their arrests follow that of a 42-year-old man from Port Talbot who remains in police
00:26custody after being taken in by South Wales Police on Sunday.
00:3040-year-old Joanne Penny was shot on Sunday evening after police and other emergency services
00:36were called to the scene at 6.10pm, but despite efforts from ambulance staff, she was pronounced
00:41dead at the scene.
00:45Police said two vehicles, a distinctive beige Nissan Note and a black Volvo XC40 travelled
00:49from the Leicester area on Sunday morning into South Wales before leaving after the
00:54shooting.
00:55Detective Chief Superintendent Kerry Hughes has appealed for information and dash cam
00:59or eyewitness accounts of the cars and their whereabouts on Sunday evening.
01:03He also said the investigation is carrying on at pace and detectives are looking to find
01:08a motive for Joanne Penny's death, including the possibility she was the victim of mistaken
01:13identity, urging anyone with any information on Joanne's death or the crime scene to
01:17come forward.
01:19Police cordons remain near the property where Ms Penny was shot and further up the road
01:23as well.
01:24On Monday, neighbours took flowers to the cordon and described their shock at the incident.
01:30One woman, who laid two bunches of flowers in tribute to Ms Penny, said you couldn't
01:34wish for a lovelier person.
01:36A number of people described their concerns about the area, including allegations of drug
01:41problems.
