00:00I have talked to them, because I found that there is a big pressure that they are facing.
00:12Indeed, we can assume that they are celebrities and are always in the public eye.
00:21However, due to the incident that happened and the controversy that has been raised in the official TikTok era,
00:32there are many things that I believe have had a negative impact on them.
00:41So, I ask them to be patient and calm in facing this big challenge.
00:47I also inform them that we do not wish to take any action against them.
00:54They have gone through enough.
00:57The MCMC has issued an order to the Ministry of State Security,
01:04especially the Ministry of State Security,
01:06to issue a compound to Maestra Broadcast Sedia Berahat, or MBSB, which is the MCMC's cable operator.
01:17As a cable operator, there are a few things that they need to comply with.
01:21First, they have allowed a container that has become a public nuisance in Muad Naik
01:30in the official TikTok account of one of their radio stations.
01:37So, the MCMC's decision is to issue a compound to Estro,
01:45especially Estro, which is Maestra Broadcast Sedia Berahat.
01:51The compound is based on the fact that the compound is not an individual, but a company
02:03whose annual income is different from that of an individual.
02:10There are people who make comparisons,
02:14such as the case of KKMAT, which was fined RM60,000.
02:18That is under the Penal Code, a different law,
02:23and it does not involve a container in the cable, or MCMC's cable operator.
02:29Meanwhile, there are also people who compare
02:33and there are individuals such as Harith Iskandar and Cecilia Yap
02:39who were fined RM10,000.
02:41They are individuals, not a company, not Sedia Berahat.
02:46So, the Penal Code says that the amount allowed,
02:53the RM10,000 compound, is a container.
02:57Therefore, MCMC will not take action,
03:01but will follow the permission from the MP.
03:06So, I believe that after this, we hope to collaborate
03:13with the Ministry of Communication.
03:18We can see that they often produce positive contents.
03:26This is an incident that we all regret,
03:29but I believe that we have all learned from this incident.
03:36I am also quite touched when I look at the contents
03:41that have been promoted by various parties,
03:43reminding us that Malaysia is a country
03:46that is rich in people and culture.
03:52Therefore, we need to defend the differences
03:56in the background of this religion,
04:00but at the same time, we need to respect each other.
