Tom Fellows' stock has continued over the past 12 months - since being handed his big West Brom chance.
The 21-year-old, who became part of Carlos Corberan's plans early last season, was a regular start at the start of last year and went on to nail down a place in the starting line-up.
His blistering displays had already caught the eye of Premier League sides, with Everton credited with interest in the youngster as early as last January.
Last summer top flight clubs were reported to have Fellows in their sights - with the winger's form having already earned him a call-up to the England under 21s.
Earlier this season, Fellows was in unbelievable form and rose to the top of the assist charts, where he still sits with eleven in 35 appearances.
His form in recent months has dipped but he still remains a vital cog in Albion's side. Speculation over his future will no doubt re-ignite in the summer transfer window.
On this week's episode of the Baggies Broadcast, Jonny Drury and Lewis Cox discussed the topic of the winger's form, and what could happen if offers come if potentially offers are tabled.

00:00Tony Patel has asked, how do you address Tom Fellow's apparent loss of form?
00:03Keep giving him minutes or perhaps take him out of the firing line?
00:05Is he just lacking a bit of confidence or struggling to adapt to his
00:09but moggers approach to players, to giving players more freedom?
00:13And then Baguio has asked, he's been meaning to ask us for a few weeks.
00:16Do you think Fellow is nailed on to leave for financial reasons
00:19if we don't go up this season?
00:20He's put personally, I think he will, sadly.
00:22I know his form has dropped a bit,
00:24but still think we should be looking at 20 million at least.
00:27There has been a bit of chatter about that, hasn't it, Coxey?
00:29And he has, not like he's had a dip, but I've banged the drum for this.
00:34I think I wrote a story a while ago.
00:36He's only been in and around a first-team set-up for a little over a year.
00:41His first full season, yeah.
00:43He's done so well. It's his first full season.
00:45He's going to have a dip.
00:46He probably should have had a dip before now, but he hasn't.
00:48He's continued ripping defenders apart.
00:50And I think I mentioned it on the video,
00:53the mark of how well Fellow has done is that when I've been playing at home now,
00:58every team doubles up on him.
00:59So it's making it even harder for him.
01:02He hasn't had as big of an impact in games,
01:05but he's still right at the top of the assist charts overall.
01:07He's had a really good season.
01:08I think he's just having a bit of a dip.
01:10And I think it might potentially be a confidence thing.
01:13And if it is, Tony Mowbray seems one of the best man managers to aid him with that,
01:19stick an arm round his shoulder, tell him how good he is,
01:22because we all know how good he can be.
01:24Similar to what we said about Johnson.
01:25Yeah, exactly.
01:26And I think it will come back.
01:29I think it is just a confidence thing.
01:31I think we will see Tom Fellows make an impact between now and the end of the season.
01:36And then that rolls on to what Baguio's point is saying,
01:38will we see him beyond the summer?
01:41I tend to agree with Baguio in the respect of if Albion don't go up,
01:47Fellow's stock is high.
01:50He is an England Under-21 international.
01:52He has bagged so many assists this season.
01:55He will be on the radar of your likes,
01:59of your palaces, people like Bournemouth, Sides of Brighton.
02:02And they are sides that pay £15-20 million for players
02:07that are in the same category, the same ilk as Fellows.
02:09And I think if a bid like that comes in, as sad as it is,
02:13I think Albion will listen to it and Albion will maybe cash in.
02:17Obviously, if Albion go up, they get through the play-offs,
02:19Fellow's being Albion playing next season.
02:20But yeah, I think it's all down to confidence.
02:24I think he will come back.
02:25He's going to have a dip. It's natural.
02:27For his age, yeah.
02:29There's another slight, just another quick second on that.
02:32He's got, from the summer, he's got two years left on his deal, Johnny.
02:36So if he was to stay at Albion in the Championship,
02:40you know, he's into the final two years,
02:43and then you'd get to, say, the January,
02:46he's got 18 months left, you know,
02:49and were he to then get to the following summer,
02:51he's got a year left.
02:52And yeah, look, Albion could offer and he could sign a new deal,
02:55but obviously value decreases the lower down that contract goes.
03:00So yeah, there's very much that to consider.
03:03Two years come the summer is a little bit,
03:06but it's not masses, is it?
03:08It's not masses.
03:08So yeah, very much want to watch this summer, I feel.
