00:002 million pesos worth of illegal drugs were confiscated by the police in South Cotabato.

00:11The PNP Highway Patrol Group arrested this white sedan on Surala Highway in South Cotabato.

00:18You can see the thick tape of the car,

00:20which is one of the traffic violations, that's why it was seized by the HPG.

00:24Here, the driver and the passenger seat in front were seen without seatbelts.

00:29The driver was asked by the authorities for a license,

00:32but they were shocked when the car was suddenly flooded with a huge amount of shabu shabu.

00:59During the apprehension, our troops saw that there were plastic sachets.

01:33Six large plastic sachets of drugs were confiscated

01:37and placed in a large paper bag worth Php 2 million.

01:42Through the efforts and collaboration with the Drug Enforcement Unit

01:46from the local unit of our PNP and even the regional offices,

01:50we learned that the two drivers of this vehicle were possessing drugs.

02:01The police is also looking into the possibility that the suspects will sell the tires to the smugglers.

02:07The police will find out if the suspects have a police record

02:11and if they have a document on the vehicle they are using.
