00:00The Department of Social Welfare and Development, or DSWD, is advising the beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilang Pilipino Program, or PORPIS,
00:07to be careful with the candidates who might take advantage of this program for their agenda.

00:20Ponsen assured that only the DSWD is authorized to put and remove PORPIS beneficiaries from the list
00:28To be more careful with the program, the DSWD issued a Memorandum Circular No. 9 Sears of 2021
00:34prohibiting the use of government-assisted programs in politics.
00:38It should be noted that under the law, PORPIS will provide financial assistance to poor families
00:44for up to 7 years for their well-being, nutrition, and education.
