00:00See you in the next video!
00:30of the Venetian and Venetian Port Community Port Authority.
00:36Preliminary stability and assistance to engineers and architects.
00:41INC-ACGL presented an investigation on artificial intelligence and citizenship rights.
00:47BIPER in Ancona inaugurated the new spaces of the online subsidiary.
00:51A new chapter opens for the National Institute of Social Prevention,
01:02which inaugurated at Palazzo Mazzoni in Rome the INPS Academy,
01:05Polo di Formazione e Cultura Previdenziale, the center of excellence
01:09designed to become a reference point for high-level training
01:13for officials, experts and sector operators.
01:16The goal is to look to the future through a preparation
01:19that today is no longer a choice, it is a necessity.
01:24It is essential to be able to realize everyone's dreams,
01:29but above all to achieve the goals that we are aiming for
01:34as an institute that today has the honor of preceding,
01:37and above all in favor of the country.
01:39The course of the Academy expands to 360 degrees
01:42and is aimed at promoting preventional culture
01:45and continuous training for Italian citizens.
01:47We want to create experts,
01:50we want to make sure that the INPS is not just an executor
01:55of preventional policies, but is a subject
01:59able to contribute to the debate on the future of prevention
02:03and the formation of personalities in the world of the Academy
02:09and culture that can contribute to scientific contribution
02:14to this important issue.
02:18The INPS Academy reflects the mission of the institute
02:21as a provider of performance and welfare at 360 degrees,
02:25proposing a valuable tool to face the now irreplaceable challenges
02:29that the labor market imposes.
02:31It is a pole that truly represents the excellence of the institute,
02:37but above all it represents the challenge of the world of work,
02:41that is, to invest in skills, to invest in training,
02:46to invest in the quality of the training courses.
02:50And in this, certainly, there is an important call
02:55for investment in culture and training for staff
03:00and public administration officials,
03:03but there is also a message of openness and involvement
03:08of the world of work in general.
03:09Training and education are essential to develop a leading class
03:14able to face the complexities of our time.
03:17The fact that an institute as important as the INPS,
03:22which is one of the fundamental pillars of the Welfare,
03:25indeed, I would say the most important Italian pillar of the Welfare,
03:29is endowed with an academy and therefore with a reality
03:33that cares about the management of all training courses,
03:36of its employees and of the people who, in general,
03:40want to take care of foresight,
03:43is good news for our country.
03:49To deepen and share the projects and investments
03:52that aim to strengthen the prospects of sustainable development
03:55for the lagoon scales,
03:57thinking about the most effective, sustainable and tempestuous ways
04:00to overcome the obstacles on the horizon.
04:03This is the goal of the meeting
04:04where we unlock the future,
04:06organized in Rome by the authorities of the Veneto port system
04:09and the Venetia Port Community,
04:11which highlighted how the port is a great resource
04:14for Veneto, the Northeast and Italy.
04:17We are in Rome because the port community
04:19has strongly wanted to show
04:22how the port of Venice is a central port
04:25for the economy and for the Italian port.
04:28In particular, today we tell the projects
04:31that are now on the agenda of government in Rome,
04:34regarding the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security
04:37as well as the Ministry of Infrastructure.
04:40Four projects have been presented.
04:42Two are about nautical accessibility.
04:44Being the port of Venice within the lagoon,
04:47navigation is guaranteed through channels
04:49that must be maintained and secured.
04:52The third project is about a new island
04:55for the containment of sediments,
04:57the success of the activities of dragging of the fundamental channels
05:00for both the city and the port itself.
05:02The last project is that of the new Marghera
05:05maritime station for cruise ships.
05:08Projects that, once completed,
05:10will further strengthen the strategic role
05:13of the port of Venice.
05:15Venice is placed in two corridors,
05:17the nine ports at the European level
05:20and therefore have an important centrality,
05:22both for the goods that enter and the goods that exit,
05:25so it is strategic.
05:27It is an important rear port,
05:29also connected to the railway network
05:30and therefore we would like to emphasize this aspect
05:33for an intermodality
05:35that must become increasingly important.
05:37The support of the government
05:39and innovative projects in support
05:41of commercial and industrial traffic
05:43that aim to maximize the logistical,
05:45industrial and energy port offer
05:47of the port system of Venice,
05:49while minimizing the environmental impacts.
05:51The PNRR funds,
05:53regarding the green ports,
05:55have presented six projects
05:57and have already obtained
05:58more than 8 million euros,
06:00but also for the entire part
06:02of environmental authorizations.
06:04We are doing a great job
06:06at the Ministry
06:08regarding the funding
06:10to obtain the authorizations
06:12and also a series of decrees
06:14that can be useful
06:16regarding the part of the draggages.
06:22Guaranteeing a future for pensioners
06:24and supporting engineers and architects
06:26also during the most delicate phases
06:28of their careers.
06:30This is the program of Massimo Cerri
06:32and Lucia Coticoni,
06:34candidates with the idea
06:36for the National Committee
06:38of the Delegates of INARCASSA.
06:40The experience I had before as a counselor
06:42and then currently as President
06:44of the Order of the Engineers of Rome
06:46allowed me to be able to interlocute
06:48with many colleagues,
06:50being able to also listen
06:52to the needs of the presidential
06:54and assistant front.
06:56This experience of interlocution
06:58and knowledge,
07:00therefore a deep understanding
07:02of the needs of the members
07:04of the Order
07:06and the members of INARCASSA
07:08for the exercise of the free profession
07:10allowed me to understand
07:12that some of these needs
07:14really need to be supported
07:16and this is the reason
07:18why I decided to apply
07:20to the National Committee
07:22of the Delegates of INARCASSA.
07:24The three major criticisms are
07:26the need to be able to interlocute
07:28with the organs of INARCASSA.
07:30This is the main reason
07:32why I believe
07:34that the territorial orders
07:36can be an important bridge
07:38in the interlocution
07:40between the member
07:42and the National Committee.
07:44The other two aspects
07:46are related to foresight,
07:48particularly in the final phase
07:50of the professional life
07:52where there may be
07:54difficulties that need to be healed
07:56and are far from
07:58the needs of the members.
08:00The other aspect is
08:02the assistance aspect
08:04when, for various reasons,
08:06for example,
08:08you are not able
08:10to work for that period
08:12and therefore to improve
08:14the assistance aspect.
08:16I have been a delegate
08:18to INARCASSA
08:20for several years
08:22and during all these years
08:24I helped more than
08:26100 people
08:28to resolve
08:30issues with INARCASSA.
08:32This is certainly
08:34one of the roles
08:36of a delegate,
08:38that is,
08:40the registered-delegate relationship
08:42because we have
08:44a direct connection
08:46with INARCASSA.
08:48The other aspect
08:50is the results
08:52that we,
08:54as a political body,
08:56can achieve.
08:58These are the goals
09:00that we set
09:02every time we are re-elected
09:04to improve
09:06the foresight
09:08of engineers and architects
09:10because INARCASSA is for
09:12engineers and architects.
09:14We would like a box
09:16that is more open
09:18to the registered-delegates,
09:20that is more linear
09:22when it is possible
09:24to have a dialogue
09:26and more attentive
09:28to the real problems
09:30of the registered-delegates,
09:32especially when it comes
09:34to sanctions
09:36and so on.
09:4169% of Italians
09:43know what artificial intelligence is
09:45and the remaining 31%
09:47that answers no,
09:4972%
09:51is made up of over 55%.
09:53If more specific questions are asked,
09:54however,
09:56the answers become fragmented.
09:58This is what emerged
10:00from the demoscopic investigation
10:02on artificial intelligence
10:04and the rights of citizens in Italy,
10:06promoted by INCA-CGL
10:08and carried out by
10:10the Futura Observatory
10:12with the Vittorio Foundation.
10:14We believe that this is a topic
10:16on which, as a patronage,
10:18we must also commit
10:20to address both
10:22the positive and critical aspects.
10:24We believe that
10:26there is a lot of attention
10:28and generic knowledge
10:30of our interviewees
10:32regarding artificial intelligence,
10:34but in reality
10:36applications are little known
10:38and for the most part,
10:40as can be seen
10:42from the investigation,
10:44a large part
10:46of our interviewees
10:48do not actually use it
10:50or certainly do not use it
10:52regarding public administration.
10:54The new investigation
10:56involved a champion
10:58of 6,000 senior citizens,
11:00sufficiently representative
11:02of the population living in Italy,
11:04randomly extracted
11:06from a panel
11:08made up of over 150,000 individuals.
11:10In reality,
11:12a large part of the citizens
11:14still find in patronages,
11:16in intermediate bodies,
11:18in support structures,
11:20real and real help
11:22not only to act
11:24but in particular
11:26in order to be able
11:28to translate a very complex
11:30normative
11:32and often to be supported
11:34on the fact that
11:36the use of instruments
11:38is apparently
11:40very widespread
11:42but in reality very scarce
11:44regarding the application
11:46of this within activities
11:48where there are services,
11:50where there are facilities
11:52and where there are rights to be obtained.
11:54In this sense
11:56we are very far away
11:58as a country
12:00also in the field
12:02of the so-called
12:04digital equality.
12:06There are many problems
12:08regarding both the use
12:10of instruments
12:12and the possession
12:14of devices,
12:16the possession of sufficient
12:18networks,
12:20internet networks,
12:22to be able to
12:24have a very significant
12:26sun during the lockdown.
12:32An innovative and functional space
12:34with more than 30 experts
12:36ready to provide consultancy
12:38remotely on a wide range
12:40of services and products
12:42offered by the Bank.
12:44It is the new online branch
12:46of BIPER,
12:48inaugurated in Ancona,
12:50which allows customers
12:52to access all the necessary services
12:54such as digital services
12:56and innovative technologies
12:58while maintaining
13:00the maximum attention
13:02to human relations
13:04and therefore valuing
13:06consultancy
13:08and human relations with the customer.
13:10Currently, the BIPER Group
13:12has 8 online branches
13:14distributed throughout Italy,
13:16Ancona, Ravenna, Avellino, Torino, Brescia,
13:18Modena, L'Aquila and Chieti
13:20with a total of about
13:22350 dedicated resources.
13:24The BIPER Group
13:26offers support for
13:28internet banking,
13:30apps and cards
13:32and remote banking services
13:34to over 55,000 customers.
13:36We have the headquarters
13:38in Ancona,
13:40a regional office
13:42that is absolutely important
13:44to us.
13:46It is a headquarters
13:48that collects the heritage
13:50of historical banks of the territory.
13:52I remember that a non-binary component
13:54of our online branch
13:56is an opportunity
13:58to serve our customers
14:00and enter into the perspective
14:02of a single-channel strategy
14:04that the BIPER Group has.
14:06We maintain an important physical presence,
14:08we have a significant presence
14:10on the markets in Ancona
14:12but at the same time
14:14we provide our customers
14:16with the possibility
14:18to use our apps
14:20via device,
14:22via telephone
14:24and we offer
14:26a single-channel
14:28offer strategy.
14:55COP16
14:57Agreement reached in Rome
14:59on biodiversity
15:03Environmental concerns
15:05and climate change
15:07in mind
15:10The COP16BIS agreement
15:12and the additional session
15:14of the UN Conference
15:16on Biodiversity
15:18that took place in Rome
15:20in the last few days
15:22at the FAO
15:24have agreed
15:26on a strategy
15:28to increase the funds
15:30necessary to protect
15:32biodiversity
15:34and reach the goals
15:36of the Global Framework
15:38of Biodiversity
15:40adopted by the COP15
15:42in 2022
15:44that is committed
15:46among other things
15:48to protect at least
15:5030% of nature
15:52by 2030.
15:54This means
15:56that we will reach
15:58$24 billion
16:00by 2030
16:02of which
16:04$20 billion
16:06by 2025
16:08that will rise
16:10to $30 billion
16:12by 2030.
16:14For the WWF
16:16it is a fundamental agreement
16:18on the finance
16:20for biodiversity
16:22even if the actual
16:24conditions are not
16:26the same.
16:28The summit published
16:30a report on wild nature
16:32at risk in Italy
16:34and according to the report
16:36there are 58 natural ecosystems
16:38at risk for a national surface
16:40which is 19.6%
16:42which corresponds
16:44to almost half
16:46of those covered
16:48by natural and semi-natural ecosystems
16:50in Italy.
16:52Climate change
16:54is one of the most
16:56extreme issues
16:58of the past year.
17:00The report on environmental
17:02concerns of Italians
17:04with a focus
17:06also on eco-sustainable
17:08behaviors
17:10according to the National Institute
17:12of Statistics
17:14in 2024
17:16climate change
17:18is the problem
17:20on an environmental
17:22issue which
17:24has been
17:26warned by 51.9%
17:28of the population
17:30given an increase
17:32of two percentage points
17:34compared to the previous year.
17:36Less frequent are
17:38the concern
17:40for deforestation
17:42and the production
17:44of waste
17:46at 38.1%,
17:48the pollution
17:50of water
17:52at 37.9%
17:54for the ruin
17:56of the landscape
17:58and for the consequences
18:00of the noise
18:02on health.
18:04The attention
18:06to hydrogeological
18:08deforestation
18:10since 1998
18:12when it was 34.3%
18:14records an increase
18:16of two percentage points
18:18in 2024
18:2028.5%
18:22against 26.5%
18:24and the focus
18:26on eco-compatible
18:28behaviors
18:30and lifestyle.
18:32The attention
18:34is high
18:36and although
18:38there is a slight
18:40decrease compared
18:42to the previous year
18:44the number
18:46of those
18:48who make
18:50a virtuous
18:52use
18:54of water
18:56increases
18:58by 36.4%
