The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is introducing a tool dubbed the MCMC Nexus application, to empower consumers assess their internet service quality.
MCMC Commissioner Derek Fernandez said the app, currently in its beta phase, provides detailed speed testing, measuring download and upload speeds, jitter, and ping across 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi networks.
