Unqualified woman convicted after posing as two psychologists

A 23-year-old Melbourne woman has been convicted of stealing the identities of two psychologists and duping clients of two online providers for more than a year. In sentencing, a Melbourne magistrate has described the deception as "astonishing". And one patient who consulted the fake psychologists is questioning the rules regulating the telehealth sector.
