00:03the construction of this road was started by the DPWH last night.

00:18please excuse us as the one-week maintenance work for the so-called road has already started.

00:26According to the DPWH North Manila District Engineering Office,

00:31they are working on asphalt overlaying in Spanio Boulevard from Welcome Rotunda

00:36to Maceda Street, Westbound, which is 508 meters long.

00:41The construction started at 11 o'clock last night and was expected to be completed within a week

00:47or until 4 o'clock in the morning on March 5.

00:50To ensure the quality of the road, regular preventive maintenance is needed

00:56where only one lane will be closed at every opportunity.

01:00The slow movement of vehicles in the affected area is expected

01:04so everyone is advised to pass through alternative routes to avoid accidents.

01:09The public will immediately open the closed lanes after the project

01:14to reduce traffic on the said road.

01:17Spanio Boulevard is important because it is the primary route for students to University Belt or U-Belt.

01:24As a reminder to motorists, make sure your vehicles are in good condition before traveling.
