00:00Looking at Everton's 10-day break between games due to the FA Cup weekend, how will
00:06that impact Everton with their current squad? Obviously, we've mentioned injuries prior
00:10as well. If you fast forward, rewind a couple of months or so, that relegation running that
00:17they were looking at, now they've sort of come out of the end of that, maybe a nice
00:21break between games could do the world of good. How do you feel about that?
00:26Yes, it's a funny one really because we're speaking before the Brentford game and Everton
00:31are six games in the league unbeaten at the moment. They are building a little bit of
00:36momentum. They were unlucky against Man Utd. They were by far the better team and obviously
00:40had the penalty controversially overturned. But how short of players David Moyes is at
00:49some point, I think it will catch up to them. The Crystal Palace win was even better than
00:55the draw in the derby for me. They had 13 senior outfield players available. The game
01:02was three days after going to the well in the derby and they did it again. But I think
01:10eventually it will catch up on the players, to be honest with you. The break probably
01:16does come at a good time. Some of these players do need a bit of respite. They need to put
01:22their feet up and replenish and it's a chance to get some injured players back as well for
01:27Everton because David Moyes is incredibly short of options. Nathan Paterson is back
01:31in training but as we speak, he's not going to be involved in the Brentford game. Yusef
01:36Chimiti is back in some sort of training but he's still not available. It means that Everton
01:44are maybe 10 days closer to getting a Dwight McNeil back or an Ileman and Dagu. There's
01:51been a little bit of good news about his injury. He's not as bad as the first. We're
01:57concerned about Everton. Armando Brozier, when is he going to be back? Is that going
02:01to be a little bit closer? So that's another boost for Everton as well. In the 10 days
02:08to Everton go out, there's some reports, some suggestions that they'll go and get a bit
02:12of warm weather training in them. That's always good for a player, isn't it? And a good for
02:16a little bit of team bonding as well because it has been half of Everton this season.
02:21Van Gushing down the bottom, they'll want to keep that feel good factor going and a
02:25bit of sun on the back will do them well, I suppose.
