00:00Even if it's not a holiday, the spirit of EDSA came back to life when various groups gathered there for the anniversary of the 1986 People Power Revolution.

00:13Raffi Chima was there.

00:19In the middle of the hot sun and heavy traffic, some militant groups marched to the People Power Monument.

00:26But because there was no permit to pass the program there, the rallyists set up on White Plains Avenue.

00:33The police guarded the People Power Monument while the rallyists were slowly gathering at their makeshift stage at the back of Camp Aguinaldo.

00:43Like the former EDSA, the Pari and Madre were at the front of the entablado,

00:48giving support to the people of the Church that led the EDSA People Power Revolution in 1986.

00:54If the people are united, no force can stand against the voice of truth.

01:06According to the PNP, in the course of the rally, around 6,000 people participated in the gathering.

01:12Many of the participants were young people.

01:15EDSA is not a street. EDSA is every Filipino.

01:19The democracy that we enjoy today is because of EDSA.

01:22EDSA is a testament to our unity and we should celebrate it every year.

01:29The National Historical Commission of the Philippines held a wreath laying at the People Power Monument this morning.

01:35The NHCP said that EDSA People Power is important because it brought democracy back to the Philippines.

01:41Some members of the Aquino family in Tarlac were chosen to celebrate the EDSA People Power Revolution.

01:46The Aquino Center and Museum in Tarlac City reopened after a two-year renovation.

01:52The book launching of the book about the former President Noy Noy Aquino was also held.

01:57The new museum opened the life, politics, and privacy of the former Senator Noy Noy Aquino,

02:02former President Cory Aquino, and former President Noy Noy Aquino.
