01:06only the Congress has a mandate to move on impeachment and the President should not be included.

01:21I disagree in this case with the position of the Mayor Block.

01:28Let us not directly involve the President because we are saying we should maintain impartiality of the court.

01:35Those critics of our government may say that if the President requests a special session,

01:43it would translate into influencing the senator judges and they may say that this is a political move.

01:50According to House Deputy Majority Leader Paulo Ortega,

01:55only the Senate can decide when they will start the impeachment trial.

02:00There are many opinions coming from different sides, pro or anti, legal opinions.

02:09The ball is in the Senate.

02:11It is up to them if they will shoot or pass.

02:15According to House Assistant Majority Leader Ernest Dionisio,

02:19it is up to the Constitution that any impeachment trial should start immediately.

02:25That is why the senators should not delay this.

02:28It is easy to understand when you say forthwith, agad-agad.

02:33And this is not really for or against anyone.

02:37The impeachment process, the Senate acting as an impeachment court is a venue for both parties to be heard.

02:47Let's follow our Constitution and our common sense of saying forthwith, agad-agad.
