00:00Seventy-seven days before the election of 2025, a candidate for the Vice Mayor of Maguindanao del Sur was shot while jumping from a bridge.

00:19Aside from the brutality, Comelec is also monitoring the incident of vote-buying.

00:26In the middle of the jump of Vice Mayor Omar Samama of Datu Piyang Maguindanao del Sur, the gunshot went off.

01:09Two incidents of violence in Zamboanga, Peninsula and Sok Sarjen are being investigated if there is a connection to the election.

01:17More than 1,000 people were arrested for violating the election gun ban.

01:23Because of violating the election gun ban,

01:26this guard who recently fired a gun at farmers in Talisay City, Negros Occidental, was searched for a month.

01:34He was also facing a complaint of grave threat and illegal discharge of firearms.

01:39Comelec is looking for additional information on the first distribution of money of a party in Baguio,

01:46in addition to their membership card.

01:49This is one of the four incidents that Comelec is investigating.
