✅Selection of Choice/Condition 2: Invoice = To Restrict New Shipment & Invoicing (Billing) Both.
✅Selection of Choice/Condition 3: All = To Restrict All kinds of New Transactions, for Data Privacy Purposes, it means that this option includes Restriction on New Shipments and Invoicing Both at the same time via selecting the "All" under Blocked Feature.
