00:29In the visa of arrest warrant issued by Antipolo Police, this 50-year-old man was arrested for molesting his minor child.

00:39According to the police, the rape took place in 2018 to a 12-year-old victim.

00:46The accused was arrested in 2020 but the case was dismissed because the victim did not attend the hearings.

00:53That's why he was released in February 2022.

00:56Since then, the accused has been hiding according to the police.

01:00However, when our minor complainant asked for help, his complaint against his own father was revived.

01:09That's why the warrant of arrest was issued again.

01:13The court issued an arrest warrant again against the accused in October 2022.

01:18The accused, Alias Al, denied the charges.

01:22According to the police, the accused was arrested for molesting his minor child.
